Here's where you'll play Rooted depending on the game phase:
All Alpha testers play via Steam Playtest — a free Steam feature for testing games in development.
If your pledge includes Alpha or Beta, you'll receive access to the Steam Playtest.
Your permanent game key will be delivered on Epic Games Store when the game launches in Early Access.
All pledges include an Epic Games Store key for the full game.
Our Steam keys for crowdfunding backers are exhausted. You'll be able to purchase Rooted directly on Steam when Early Access launches.
Frequently Asked Questions
Game keys will be delivered to your account when the game enters Early Access. Alpha keys (for applicable packages) are available immediately after purchase in your account dashboard.
Yes! You can upgrade your pledge at any time. You'll only pay the difference between your current package and the new one. All your existing rewards are preserved.
